  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend to visitors to the office

    • Screen and direct phone calls

    • Collect and distribute mail

    • Manage calendar and schedule meetings/appointments

    • Purchase office supplies, refreshments and equipment

    • Liaise with IT Administrator to perform basic IT solutions

    • Maintain office filing system in accordance to ISO requirements

    • Prepare monthly payroll and CPF contribution

    • Prepare monthly invoices

    • Prepare and record monthly payments

    • Attend to other accounting responsibilities as and when required

    • Handle HR matters such as work pass applications, renewal and cancellations

    • Compile documents for EOI and tender bidding

    • Assist the director in the secretarial and administrative matters of the office

    • Office housekeeping

    • Assist in other ad-hoc general administrative function when required

    Professional Qualifications/Experience & Skills/Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience in the local Architecture/ Construction Industry

    • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products with proficiency in Excel and Word

    • Singaporean only
